Rock Band is a 12 week program and meets for 50 minutes each week.
Students get the opportunity to apply what they are learning in private lessons to a group Rock Band lessons. Rock Bands are formed according to skill level, musical taste and age. Each Rock Band chooses songs by democratic vote and the instructor helps them decide which ones make the cut. Students learn and rehearse songs together putting emphasis on style, sound, dynamics and showmanship. The Rock Band program ends in a rock concert at a local venue complete with stage, lights and screaming fans.
